At Daktronics, Sales Coordinators are a critical extension of the sales team, helping turn opportunities into orders through strong ownership, partnership, and follow-through. They connect customers, field sales, inside sales, and internal teams with clarity, speed, and confidence.
In this role, you’ll manage key details, anticipate next steps, and communicate clearly so deals keep moving and customers and sales partners feel supported throughout the process.
This position will serve as a flexible High Consistency (HCon) Sales Coordinator resource, supporting team coverage during absences, workload peaks, and special projects while maintaining ongoing responsibility for at least one dedicated salesperson.
What will the work look like for me:
As a Sales Coordinator, your work will be fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused. You will:
- Partner with field and inside sales representatives from early opportunity discussions through order placement.
- Prepare accurate, timely quotes and revisions using standard tools and processes.
- Respond to customer and internal requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Track opportunities, quotes, and orders to keep work moving and prevent missed details.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, finance, and other teams to resolve questions and move work forward.
- Support different regions or teammates as priorities shift.
- Build trusted relationships through accountability, follow-through, and shared goals.
- Follow established practices and suggest improvements to how work gets done.
- This role will flex to support workload peaks, team coverage, and changing business needs.

This is a remote position performed from a home office and is open to U.S.-based employees.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Sales Coordinator position, we require the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, consumer affairs, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed, report to work on time, and maintain good attendance.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
