Offshore Sales Coordinator

Full-Time, Australian Business Hours (Rostered Shifts incl. Weekend Rotation), Remote (Philippines)

Cruise Control Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Offshore Sales Corodinator to join a growing Philippines-based sales team for a fast-growing Australian business. This role suits someone with a sales finance or lending background who enjoys genuine phone-based sales conversations and takes pride in getting the details right.

About Cruise Control Group

Cruise Control Group is an Australian offshore staffing company that partners with a range of clients to build high-performing remote teams. We manage the end-to-end recruitment and support process, connecting skilled professionals with roles that offer genuine long-term career growth.

About the Client

Our client is a car subscription company offering flexible, all-inclusive vehicle access as an alternative to traditional car ownership or leasing, looking for Offshore Sales Consultants to join their growing Philippines-based sales team.

About the Role

The Offshore Sales Consultant is responsible for turning enquiries into the right customers. You will answer inbound sales calls, make proactive outbound calls to warm leads, follow up new enquiries quickly, talk customers through the client's car subscription offering, and prepare applications that meet the client's credit guidelines, so good customers are approved and unsuitable applications do not get through. You will work rostered shifts aligned to Australian business hours, which may include a later shift finishing at 8:00pm AEST and weekend shifts on rotation.

Key Responsibilities

•Answer inbound sales calls and respond to online, email and phone enquiries professionally and courteously

•Conduct proactive outbound calls to follow up warm leads and enquiries, averaging a higher daily volume of outbound than inbound calls, with all outreach focused on interested customers rather than cold calling

•Follow up new leads and missed calls promptly, including in the late afternoon and early evening when working customers are easiest to reach

•Hold genuine sales conversations: explain how the car subscription works, understand what the customer needs, and recommend a suitable vehicle based on their criteria and available stock

•Guide customers through the application and collect the documents required

•Complete initial checks on applications against the client's credit guidelines, including ID and KYC, bank statements and income verification, and recommend approval, conditional approval or decline, escalating any case that needs a second view

•Record every customer interaction, call reason and outcome accurately in the CRM

•Meet the daily activity and quality standards set by the Offshore Sales Team Lead

•Work rostered shifts aligned to Australian business hours, which may include a later shift finishing at 8:00pm AEST and weekend shifts on rotation

•Take part in group training, team meetings and monthly team catch-ups

•Handle all customer information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy

Principles

•Assist with special projects and tasks as required

Key Result Areas

•Inbound Call Answer Rate: above 90%

•Speed to Lead: new enquiries contacted within 2 hours of submission

•Daily Activity: 100% of leads and calls worked each shift, including new and waiting customers

•Application Quality: 100% of allocated submitted applications completed within the client's credit guidelines

•Roster Adherence: 100% adherence to the shift roster

•CRM Accuracy: call reason and outcome recorded in the CRM for 100% of interactions

•Conversion: support a conversion rate of more than 70% for applications, either directly with the client or through referral to a partner provider
