We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our international sales team and ensure opportunities move forward efficiently.

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

* Support client enquiries, quotations, proposals, and sales follow-ups.

* Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and internal communications.

* Maintain accurate customer records, sales trackers, and reports.

* Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams.

* Track outstanding tasks and proactively ensure timely follow-through.

What We’re Looking For

* Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

* Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn.

* Able to work independently and collaborate with an international team.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or operations is an advantage.
