CELO is looking for a Sales Customer Service Specialist to strengthen its team and contribute to the growth of its business. 💡 What will you do? Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned customers, acting as their main point of contact for inquiries , complaints , and administrative needs . Provide proactive communication on order status , lead times , and deliveries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction . Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio. Support the Sales team by creating offers in the ERP , following internal feasibility , and reactivating stalled opportunities . Collaborate with Logistics to process serial product orders and ensure compliance with agreed commercial conditions . Collect customer feedback and support satisfaction surveys to contribute to continuous service improvement . 🎯 Who are we looking for? A customer-oriented , well-organized , and detail-focused professional with a strong service mindset and coordination skills . Experience in a similar role is valued; candidates with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel , prioritize effectively , and ensure reliable follow-up . Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders , especially Sales , Logistics , and Operations teams. English skills sufficient for internal communication and customer support ✨ It would be a plus if you have Experience in an industrial , technical , or B2B environment . Good command of ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office Knowledge of HubSpot , ERP systems , and order management / sales administration processes . Experience in lead qualification , quotation follow-up , or sample coordination . Additional languages are a plus. 🌍 What do we offer?
