SALES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT FRESHER– JAPAN MARKET ( REMOTE)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

WeMasterTrade is looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive to support and develop the Japanese market. This position will be responsible for consulting and supporting Japanese customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to market growth.Key Responsibilities:Provide customers in Japan with information and consultation regarding the company’s products, services, and promotional programs.Receive and handle customer inquiries via LINE, Email, Chat, and Phone.

• Follow up with and nurture potential customers generated through various Marketing channels.
• Support customers throughout the registration, purchasing, and service usage processes.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to existing customers to maintain long-term relationships.
• Receive, record, and coordinate customer issues with relevant internal departments for timely resolution.
• Collect and consolidate customer feedback and needs from the Japanese market to support product and service improvements.
• Support the implementation of Marketing activities, SNS campaigns, and promotional campaigns for the Japanese market.
• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction history in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on customer activities and market performance.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently residing in Japan.
• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1/N2.
• Strong ability to communicate naturally, politely, and professionally in Japanese.
• No prior experience required; Fresher and Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with experience or career interests in Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, or Business Development are preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic proficiency in office tools and online communication platforms.
• Own a personal computer and have a stable Internet connection for remote work.
• Interest in Fintech, Trading, FX, or Prop Trading is an advantage.
