Sales Development & Appointment Setting VA

Company Overview A US-based software company (headquartered in California, with a presence in Florida and Australia) building software for event managers. Their product is sold B2B into the enterprise event management space. Role Overview The client is hiring a full-time sales and appointment setting specialist to drive outreach, manage the CRM, and book qualified meetings for the co-founder to take to close. The role is central to pipeline generation and needs someone who can move fast, work independently, and use AI tools to work efficiently rather than manually. Key Responsibilities • Run outbound sales outreach and follow-ups to book meetings/demos with target B2B enterprise prospects (event managers) • Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), keeping records, pipeline stages, and follow-ups current • Use AI-assisted sales tools (enrichment, GTM/intent/signal software) to work efficiently rather than manually entering data • Hit a minimum activity target of 30+ outbound calls/touches per day • Deliver a minimum of 10 booked appointments/demos per month • Work from provided lead lists and CRM data, while also proactively self-sourcing when needed rather than waiting to be handed leads • Join a weekly team meeting, with flexibility to occasionally meet outside normal working hours when the founders are in a different time zone (e.g. Australia) Skills & Tools • 3–4+ years of experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or SDR/BDR roles • Must-have: strong, hands-on fluency in HubSpot (or another CRM, provided the candidate is a true top-tier user) • Comfortable and fluent using AI tools to speed up outreach and CRM data entry (e.g. AI-assisted form-filling vs. manual copy/paste) • Experience with sales enrichment, GTM, or buyer-intent/signal software is a strong plus • Strong spoken and written English communication • Self-driven, resourceful, and c Why Join Assist World? 100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus NO TRACKER.
