Role Description

As an SDR, you'll cold call UK businesses at high volume, run a multichannel motion across phone, email, LinkedIn and SMS, and work warm leads our email engine generates so you're never starting from zero. You'll book qualified discovery meetings and own your pipeline end to end. Most people ramp to full speed within about two weeks using our proven call framework. You'll work fully remote within a tight-knit outbound team, with direct coaching from our outbound lead.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Cold Calling - Cold call UK businesses at high volume, targeting 200+ dials a day.
• Multichannel Follow-Up - Run a multichannel motion around your calls using email, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Warm Lead Conversion - Work warm, engaged leads generated by our email engine, not starting from zero.
• Meeting Booking - Book qualified discovery meetings and own your pipeline from first contact.
• Fast Ramp-Up - Learn our proven call framework and ramp to full speed in about two weeks.
• Pipeline Management - Keep your CRM current and manage your pipeline with consistent daily discipline.

Minimum Qualifications

• English Fluency - Fluent, C2-level (or above) English, written and spoken, is mandatory for this role.
• Relevant Experience - At least 1-2 years in cold-calling, B2B sales, SDR or BDR roles.
• Cold-Calling Mindset - You're genuinely happy picking up the phone and cold calling all day.
• Multichannel Comfort - Comfortable working a conversation across phone, email and LinkedIn without dropping the thread.
• Rapport Building - Strong rapport-building skills and a feel for the UK or US business market.
• Organisation - Organised and disciplined about keeping your CRM current in real time.

Bonus Qualifications

• UK Cold-Calling Background - Previous hands-on experience cold calling specifically into the UK market.
• Talent Agency Experience - Prior time spent working inside a talent or recruitment agency.
