Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated, hungry, energetic, and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative to join our team (NO COLD CALLING). We have shifts available in both US and UK time zones, so you can work whichever suits you best.

LocalPlus helps local businesses get on top of AI searches like ChatGPT & Gemini.

We primarily work with small businesses in home services, legal, automotive, finance, clinics, and healthcare, across US and UK.

The Role

As an SDR at Localplus, you'll engage with leads who have already shown a level of interest. You'll book qualified meetings for the Business Development Team and account managers.

Compensation

At Localplus we offer our sales candidates a 50%/50% structure. Where half of your income comes from your base and the remaining from commission. A good sales individual often hits a 25%/75% where most of the income is from the bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Call and book appointments for the Business Development Representatives
• Follow up with semi-warm and warm leads to book meetings
• Keep the CRM accurate, clean, and up to date
• Track and meet weekly targets for demos, conversion rates, and closed deals
• Take initiative in your sales approach and continuously look for ways to improve performance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of appointment setting experience
• Strong mindset and a fighter mentality
• Charismatic, native-level English speaker with minimal accent
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing a high volume of follow-ups
• Cold-calling and Marketing experience is a plus
