About Kosmos Websites:

Kosmos Websites is the website development division of Kosmos Development, specialising in high-quality, custom-coded websites built to help businesses strengthen their online presence and generate more opportunities.

The Role:

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help grow our client base through outbound outreach. (Open to applicants worldwide).

This is a fully remote, commission-only position with no fixed salary or hourly wage.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Finding businesses that could benefit from a new or improved website.

* Reaching out through cold calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

* Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.

* Introducing Kosmos Websites and our services.

* Qualifying interested prospects.

* Booking meetings, consultations, or demos.

* Following up with potential clients.

* Keeping track of your leads and outreach.

You will not be required to design or build websites. Your role is focused on generating new business opportunities for our website division.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role.

You will earn commission on qualifying website sales generated through your outreach. There is no guaranteed base salary, meaning your earning potential is directly linked to your performance.

Full commission details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

* Motivated by performance-based earnings.

Previous sales, telesales, lead generation, appointment-setting, or business development experience is beneficial but not required.

Training on our services and outreach process will be provided.
