Hello everyone! Dipa Inhouse is hiring for Sales Development Representative (Fulltime - Remote)

At Dipa Inhouse, we believe growth starts with a strong sales team and well-structured outbound and inbound processes. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to proactively reach out to potential clients and manage inbound inquiries for our creative and digital solutions.

As the first point of contact, the SDR will qualify leads and communicate our value clearly. Every interaction is an opportunity to build relationships and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries and personalized outbound outreach.
• Research potential clients and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and manage consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead records, outreach activities, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads with relevant prospect information to the senior sales team.
• Maintain and update the company’s portfolio presence across relevant platforms in collaboration with Design and Marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to write clear, personalized outreach messages and assess potential client needs.
• Strong research skills for prospecting and lead qualification.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate lead records and manage follow-ups.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaborate in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM, outreach tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn, Dribbble, or Behance is a plus.
• Experience in creative, digital, or technology services is a plus.
