SDR, US Market. Fully Remote, South Africa based.

Outbound Partners is a leading outsourced SDR company. We work with some of the fastest growing technology companies in the world and help them scale their sales operations globally.

We are building a dedicated team in South Africa calling into the US market and we need the best!

This is not a numbers farm. We do outbound properly. You spend 90% of your time on the phones pitching US decision makers. The admin, the research, the list building, it is all taken care of. You do what you do best.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Eastern.
That is 14:00 to 23:00 SAST, moving to 15:00 to 00:00 SAST from 1 November when US clocks change.

What you'll be doing:

Cold calling US technology buyers and booking qualified meetings
Running our parallel dialler, so you spend your day in conversations, not waiting on ringing
Engaging prospects at every level, from C-suite and Directors to enterprise and mid-market
Leading short discovery conversations to uncover challenges and secure the next step

What you need:

At least 1 year of outbound phone sales (SDR, BDR, telesales or call centre sales)
Clear, confident spoken English that a US buyer understands first time
A phone weapon, comfortable with rejection and booking meetings
Fibre internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload by your start date
Backup power for loadshedding, a quiet private workspace and a decent laptop and headset
A positive, winning attitude. Driven and self-motivated

What you get:

Monthly fee of R24,000 to R32,500 depending on experience
Commission on top, with on-target earnings of R37,000 to R45,500 a month
Our own dialler and contact scoring tech, built in-house
World class sales training
