We’re hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Xena Production is expanding into international markets, and we’re looking for an SDR to join our sales team remotely.
You’ll be responsible for building targeted lead lists and cold calling companies across the UK, US, Australia, Canada & Dubai.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
→ Have 2+ years of B2B international cold-calling experience
→ Can build ICP-based lead lists for outbound campaigns
→ Speak English fluently with a clear, neutral accent
→ Can handle high number of calls without sounding scripted
→ Are comfortable working evening/night shifts
What you’ll get:
→ ₹10,000–20,000 fixed/month
→ 2–3% commission on every deal you bring in that closes ( Average ticket size $2k-$3k)
→ Fully remote
→ Work directly with the founders
