Sales Development Representative - Hunter cold role

Location: Remote — Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₱25,000–₱35,000/month base + performance commission (upon interview to be shared)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative with a strong hunter mindset.

This is not a passive appointment-setting role.

We will provide leads generated from our marketing campaigns, but you will also be expected to actively find new prospects online, conduct outbound outreach, cold call, follow up and book qualified appointments.

Your main responsibility is:

Create conversations and generate qualified appointments.

Previous Experience:

• Previous cold calling / SDR / appointment-setting experience
• Strong spoken English
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Experience booking appointments
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Good CRM discipline
• Reliable internet and quiet working environment
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
