They are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and personable Sales Development Representative (Lead Agent) to join their team.
In this full-time remote role, you will respond to new online leads quickly and proactively, engaging potential customers through email, text messages, and phone calls. Your goal is to create a positive first interaction, answer initial questions, maintain engagement, and ultimately help move qualified prospects toward scheduling a visit or appointment at the dealership.
This is a fast-paced, high-intensity role where speed matters. New leads need to be acted on promptly, and you will often manage multiple systems, conversations, and tasks at the same time. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, takes initiative, stays focused under pressure, and is motivated by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily lead tracking systems and processes within the platform and via designated communication tools: quickly respond to new leads via text/call communications (like Ring Central, Go2, Teams, etc,).
- Prioritize speed-to-lead and respond to new inquiries as quickly as possible, following established response-time expectations.
- Engage leads through text and phone calls, utilizing provided templates to set appointments.
- Establish and maintain a relationship with potential customers to guide them toward visiting the dealership.
- Ensure proactive and timely communication with dealers through designated communication channels.
- Communicate with designated points of contact at dealerships to address inquiries about availability, colors, and other details.
- Ensure all lead information is accurately entered, updated, and tracked on the platform.
- Manage multiple browser windows, tabs, systems, and conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Use available technology and basic troubleshooting skills to resolve common issues independently.
- Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and interest.
- Attend and participate in training and development sessions, team meetings, and weekly one-on-ones with the Performance Manager or Team Lead.
- Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches.
- Support and/or lead projects as they arise.
Key skills and experience requirements:
- Experience: Previous remote experience in customer service, inside sales, or phone-based sales, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and objections confidently and professionally.
- Organization: Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads, conversations, and tasks simultaneously.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, reliable, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Tech Skills: Strong computer literacy, including multi-browser/tab use, keyboard shortcuts, Snipping Tool, and basic troubleshooting of common technical issues.
- VPN Access: Ability to use a VPN with a US-based location when required to access dealer websites, CRMs, and other work systems. Candidates should have reliable access to a suitable VPN.
- Tech Setup: Dual-monitor setup preferred (with company support available for a second monitor if needed). Reliable internet, backup connectivity, and a quality headset/mic are required.
- Schedule: Availability to work an 8-hour shift:
- Thursday to Monday : 12 pm - 9 pm EST (Tuesday, Wednesday - days off)
- OR Wednesday to Sunday: 12 pm - 9 pm EST (Monday, Tuesday - days off)
