Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote, Philippines

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and support outbound lead generation for Sheridan NDIS and its client businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactive prospecting, cold calling, qualifying potential customers, and booking meetings with relevant client representatives. You will work across multiple Australian businesses in a white-label capacity, adapting your approach to different offers, industries, and target markets.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys high-volume outbound calling, building conversations with prospects, and consistently progressing leads through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and proactive outbound prospecting using client-provided databases.
- Qualify prospects and identify relevant sales opportunities.
- Book qualified meetings directly with the appropriate client representatives.
- Represent up to three different client businesses through a white-label arrangement.
- Build sufficient outbound activity to support monthly meeting-booking targets.
- Maintain accurate prospect, call, and activity records in Smartsheet and Monday.com.
- Support basic CRM workflows and automation where required.
- Manage consistent follow-ups and maintain accurate activity tracking.
- Adapt communication and prospecting strategies across different Australian businesses and markets.
- Split working time between client-facing sales activity and supporting Sheridan NDIS.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar outbound sales, lead generation, appointment-setting, or business development role.
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Strong lead generation, qualification, and appointment-setting skills.
- Experience booking meetings for sales or business development teams.
- Ability to maintain a consistent volume of outbound calls and prospect activity.
- Experience working with or representing multiple businesses, ideally in a white-label environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Australian business audiences and markets, including different Australian states.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner.
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and confidence when handling high-volume outbound calling.
- Highly organised and disciplined with follow-ups and activity tracking.
- Ability to work independently within flexible working hours.

Working Hours
The role offers flexibility within 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Sydney time, with the primary calling window from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Sydney time, followed by end-of-day wrap-up.
Approximately half of the working hours will be dedicated to client-facing activities, with the remaining time supporting Sheridan NDIS.
Performance Expectations
The role will be measured against outbound activity and meeting-booking performance, with a target of approximately 10–15 booked meetings per month for each client.
