More than 300 IB schools already work with us, and EMEA is our largest market yet. We're also rebuilding how we work around AI from the ground up, and everyone in the company is part of that. The role You'll generate qualified pipeline for our Account Executives across EMEA. This is a high activity, high autonomy role: half your time on the road at conferences and school visits, half running a modern, AI powered outreach engine from our HQ in Stockholm. The target is concrete: around 20 qualified meetings per month with schools in our ideal customer profile. Hitting that takes serious volume across calls, emails, LinkedIn, school visits and creative plays. Your pipeline is reviewed weekly and your commission is built on it. What you'll do Run multi channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, in person) to IB Coordinators, Principals and Heads of School Build and continuously improve your own AI assisted prospecting system: research, list building, personalization, follow up. We expect you to automate the repetitive work so your hours go into conversations Travel roughly half your time: international conferences, trade shows and independent school visits across EMEA Qualify hard. Understand a school's staffing challenges and book only the meetings our AEs can win Feed market intelligence from the ground back to the team to sharpen our product and marketing Who you are Activity driven. You know pipeline is a numbers game and you like the scoreboard. Daily outreach volume doesn't drain you, it drives you AI first. You already use AI to work faster and you want to build with it, not just prompt it.
