Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST or ET (mix of Pacific Standard Time and European time zones)
Offer: 2,500 USD/month + Commissions, No Benefits
Sales Development Hunter — Global Creative Production (Remote, Contract)
The Company is a global creative production company — 10+ years, 8,000+ pitches, US$3B+ in
secured production budgets across 40+ countries. We deliver pitch decks, campaigns, film development, and
AI-hybrid productions through a transparent four-tier service structure, and we pay our creatives fairly by
design.
We're hiring a Hunter: a self-directed outbound specialist who builds pipelines from zero. You'll own
top-of-funnel across LinkedIn, industry platforms (Shots Vault, LBB), paid channels (SEM, social ads), and our
direct-booking vendor stack — targeting venture capital firms, luxury real estate developers and architects,
and premium brand work. You'll also run a focused reactivation program with select past clients.
What you'll do:
• Prospect, research, and qualify leads daily using our established mining playbook, templates, and tracker.
• Lead every conversation with our four-tier service ladder and clear price anchors — no vague scoping.
• Book qualified meetings and hand off cleanly into our 16-step client lifecycle pipeline.
• Manage the paid-funnel and direct-booking tools; report performance in a daily workbook.
• Work directly with the Director General with a morning or midday check-in and a weekly pipeline review
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in outbound B2B sales development, ideally selling creative, media, agency, or professional
services.
• Excellent written English; you write short, sharp, personalized outreach.
• Comfortable with a modern tool stack (CRM/tracker, LinkedIn outreach, ad platforms, booking
automation).
• Independent, resilient, energized by volume; strong research instincts.
• Time-zone overlap with Pacific Time mornings or midday
• Terms: Part time contract to a full time position (flexible) 3 months with extension likely, competitive
regional base plus per-qualified-meeting bonuses and a share of a closed-won pool. High pay for the
region, transparent structure, real upside.
