This role focuses on teaching, coaching, evaluating performance, and reinforcing ABS Non-Negotiables, core values (Love, Support, Excellence), and operational expectations. This role is designed for a Technical Expert / Scholar / Specialist / Craftsman profile—someone who thrives on depth, accuracy, logic, and continuous improvement. The Specialist ensures that all VAs are properly equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required before client placement. It is a standards-driven execution role. Key Responsibilities: Training Design & Curriculum Development Facilitate structured onboarding programs. Deliver clear, organized, and standards-based training sessions. Ensure all training content aligns with ABS SOPs and operational processes. Reinforce ABS Non-Negotiables and core values during all sessions. Curriculum Support Assist in refining training materials to ensure clarity and effectiveness. Ensure training remains aligned with current operational needs. Contribute ideas for improving training structure, delivery, and evaluation methods. Coaching & Performance Improvement Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching. Support VAs through remediation plans when necessary. Maintain consistent documentation of assessments and feedback Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training Efficiency Collaborate with the Training & Development team and cross-functional departments to: Improve training effectiveness across all roles Eliminate redundant or low-impact training content Ensure training directly supports operational realities and client expectations Identify opportunities to make training more cost-efficient without sacrificing quality or standards Work with Subject Matter Experts and Team Leaders to ensure training aligns with real-world role expectations. Participate in scheduled training and alignment meetings. Standardize reusable training assets (videos, templates, assessments) to reduce retraining overhead Video Review, Evaluation, and Feedback Review VA training videos, simulations, and recorded submissions Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback focused on: Accuracy Professionalism Process adherence Communication effectiveness Identify behavioral or skills-based risk patterns through video reviews and escalate concerns as needed Document feedback consistently for coaching, remediation, or endorsement decisions External Training Research & Continuous Improvement Proactively research and evaluate external trainings, tools, certifications, or programs that may enhance ABS training outcomes Assess external resources for: Relevance to ABS roles Cost-effectiveness Scalability across teams Recommend approved external learning resources to leadership when they add clear value Integrate applicable insights from external training into ABS-owned curriculum while maintaining internal standards Required Skills & Qualifications Core Competencies Strong analytical and deductive thinking High attention to detail and process adherence Ability to evaluate performance objectively Comfort delivering corrective feedback Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience Requirements Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (preferred) Experience working in virtual or remote environments is a plus Familiarity with structured training programs or learning management systems is a plus Key Characteristics Structured and organized in delivery Consistent in enforcing standards Calm and professional in providing feedback Committed to maintaining quality and accountability Focused on continuous improvement This is an urgent hiring need.
