BridgeGap Media (BGM) is a London-based video production and digital marketing agency. Our clients include GoDaddy, Nando's, Peabody Housing, and the Salvation Army. We deliver high-impact video content, live event streaming, and results-driven digital campaigns.
We're growing — and we need a sharp, driven individual to help us win more business and run campaigns that convert.
The Role
This is a sales-first, marketing-enabled position. You'll be the engine behind BGM's outbound pipeline — identifying prospects, making direct contact, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our director.
Alongside sales, you'll support paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google, manage BGM's social media presence, and drive lead generation for the business.
This is not a passive role. If you're not comfortable picking up the phone and speaking confidently to decision-makers, this isn't for you.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Outbound
- Cold call prospects to introduce BGM services and qualify interest
- LinkedIn and email outreach to build a consistent lead pipeline
- Book discovery calls for the BGM director via our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Follow up with warm leads and move them through the funnel
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in GoHighLevel
🔹 Digital Marketing
- Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Create and optimise GHL funnels, landing pages, and email automations
- Generate inbound and outbound leads through targeted digital strategies
- Manage BGM's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
What We're Looking For
✅ Essential
- Proven cold calling experience — this is non-negotiable
- Excellent spoken English — clear, fluent, and professional
- Hands-on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads experience
- CRM and sales pipeline experience
- Strong written communication for outreach and follow-up
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
⭐ Desirable
- GoHighLevel (GHL) experience — funnels, automations, CRM
- LinkedIn outreach tools (Prosp or similar)
- AI content/campaign tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly)
- Background in a creative or video production agency
