Senior Charter Broker / Charter Sales Director

Location: UK, Europe or UAE – Remote

Salary: DOE + up to 20% uncapped commission + performance bonuses

The Opportunity

A fast-growing private jet brokerage is expanding its commercial team and looking for experienced brokers across mid to senior level.

Commission reaches up to 20%, is uncapped and paid monthly, creating significant earning potential for strong performers.

What are you required to do?

• Manage and grow a portfolio of private jet charter clients
• Generate new business through outreach, networking and relationships
• Convert inbound enquiries into profitable bookings
• Manage the full charter lifecycle from enquiry through to flight completion
• Source aircraft globally and negotiate competitive operator rates
• Build long-term UHNW, corporate and operator relationships
• Consistently achieve revenue and margin targets
• Contribute ideas and play an active role in the brokerage's continued growth

What We're Looking For

• Ideally 3+ years' private jet charter brokerage experience
• Based in the UK, Europe or UAE
• Proven revenue and margin generation
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Experience managing the full charter sales cycle
• Strong aircraft sourcing and negotiation capability
• Commercially driven, ambitious and self-motivated
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

You don't need to already hold a Director title. Strong mid-level brokers with the performance and ambition to reach that level are equally encouraged to apply.
