Ready for a career glow-up? As Manager, Sales & Education, Sephora Collection, East, you’ll be responsible for driving Sephora Collection growth by partnering with in-store teams to elevate brand performance, client acquisition, and sales results. The work you do will impact beauty as you bring the Sephora Collection brand to life through education, training, in-store events, and field activations that inspire clients and Beauty Advisors alike. You’ll be part of a passionate team united in beauty, supported by those who are equally committed to building brand love, delivering exceptional client experiences, and growing business performance across the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a strategic quarterly business plan to grow sales based on the region’s performance and individual store needs while analyzing sales reports to improve strategies
  • Implement customized in-store strategies to improve sales and other key performance indicators through partnership with cross-functional teams and partners
  • Facilitate daily trainings to introduce, educate and inspire on new product launches, reinforce core products while integrating selling skills, services, and additional brand or company initiatives in brand trainings
  • Establish and develop relationships with in-store teams and leaders and collaborate with store leadership for visual placements
  • Partner with Sephora Collection Field Leaders, Merchants, and business partners to share in store brand opportunities and observations that directly impact brand sales
  • Create and maintain all scheduling calendars, provide effective management of T&E and budget, ensure reporting sales, expenses, and other requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Plan the use of freelance hours to improve business impact and results while staying within allocated budget and support freelance support staff with coaching and feedback

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of education, training, or retail leadership experience, ideally within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • A passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring others through engaging education and training experiences
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze results, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships across stores and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
  • Comfort navigating change, ambiguity, and evolving business priorities with agility and confidence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly in your day-to-day work
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and flexibility to travel throughout the region (up to 80%)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to support education, events, sales initiatives, and brand activations
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, and moving throughout stores for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
