The Opportunity: The Sales Enablement Manager will own the strategy and execution of eLocal's sales enablement programs across our SMB and Enterprise sales organizations. This role will be responsible for improving seller productivity, ramp time, consistency, and performance through effective onboarding, training, coaching, sales content, tools, and processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on enablement professional who can identify gaps, build solutions, execute programs, and measure their impact. This person will work closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management and other cross-functional teams to ensure our sales organization has the skills, resources, and processes needed to succeed. Responsibilities: Sales Enablement & Training • Own the sales enablement strategy, roadmap, and training calendar • Build and manage new-hire onboarding and ongoing sales training programs • Deliver training, workshops, role plays, certifications, and call reviews • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling, and other seller resources • Partner with sales managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted coaching and training programs Sales Process & Tools: • Drive adoption of Salesforce, sales engagement tools, reporting, and other sales technologies • Develop enablement around new products, processes, pricing, partnerships, and GTM initiatives • Help standardize sales processes, ROEs, and best practices across teams • Identify opportunities to simplify the seller experience and improve productivity Manager & Cross-Functional Enablement: • Equip sales managers with coaching frameworks, resources, and development programs • Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and other teams to translate business changes into actionable sales programs • Support change management and adoption of new processes and initiatives Measurement & Effectiveness: • Establish metrics to measure onboarding, training, adoption, productivity, and sales performance • Use sales data and feedback to identify gaps and continuously improve enablement programs • Communicate program results and recommendations to Sales leadership Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, sales leadership, or a related field • Experience building and executing sales training and onboarding programs • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and sales methodologies • Experience creating sales playbooks, training content, and coaching programs • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to use data and sales performance metrics to identify gaps and measure impact • Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement, CRM, or sales engagement tools • Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to influence and drive adoption across a sales organization • Ability to operate independently while working effectively cross-functionally Preferred Attributes: • Experience supporting both SMB and Enterprise sales teams • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, advertising, SaaS, or performance marketing • Experience building an enablement function or programs from the ground up • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment • Strong commercial and business acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes • Strong change-management skills and ability to drive adoption • Coachable with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement We offer an extremely generous benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental & Vision (company-paid medical premiums ranging from 82–95%) Company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life/AD&D Insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible Paid Time Off Volunteer Time Off Program Dedicated time each month for Learning and Development Monthly wellness stipend Remote work environment Award-winning company culture recognized as a Great Place to Work® for six consecutive years
