LightEdge Solutions is developing the IT solutions that will propel businesses forward over the next 10 years. Using a combination of shared and private/dedicated platforms, LightEdge has been successful in offering businesses alternatives that streamline operations, improve reliability and reduce costs.
If you are passionate about creating real solutions that help businesses with cutting-edge technology, want to be challenged to think out of the box and be in a position where you can impact change on a daily basis, then LightEdge can offer you a dynamic corporate environment built on teamwork and personal responsibility.

The Sales Enablement Specialist partners with the Sales Enablement Manager to run Lightedge's sales enablement programs day to day. This role helps shape the onboarding program by gathering input from the Sales Organization, and once the Sales Enablement Manager finalizes the design, owns running it for the entire sales organization, end to end, from scheduling and logistics to hosting sessions, so it operates like a well-oiled machine. The coordinator also co-hosts or independently runs enablement-led sessions such as Sales Skills Lab, and builds and maintains the Sales and Enablement SharePoint site and ensures training content, learning systems, and internal communications are accurate, organized, and delivered on time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building operational excellence, managing multiple priorities, and leading a room, and who doesn't wait to be told how to make things better. We're looking for someone who uses AI to work faster and smarter, brings forward ideas to improve how programs run, and strengthens a collaborative, high-ownership team culture.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding Program & Ownership (Sales & CX)

  • Own running the onboarding program for the entire sales organization, including CX, from start-date confirmation through 90-day completion.
  • Support onboarding program design by meeting with Sales/CX leaders to gather requirements, role expectations, and feedback, and bring findings and recommendations to the Sales Enablement Manager.
  • Once the program is finalized, run it consistently for every new hire and cohort.
  • Collect ongoing feedback from leaders, managers, and new hires to keep the program current and recommend refinements.
  • Build and manage onboarding schedules, including cohort sessions, role-based breakouts, training sessions, certifications, role plays, and milestone check-ins.
  • Host and facilitate onboarding sessions where needed, serving as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the program.
  • Partner with Recruiting and hiring managers to confirm start dates and prepare for each incoming class.
  • Track 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding milestones and ensure timely reminders are sent to new hires and their managers.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers, completion records, and learning documentation.
  • Resolve scheduling and completion issues directly, and escalate to the Sales Enablement Manager when manager follow-through or program changes are needed.
  • Enablement-Led Sessions & Sales Skills Lab

    • Co-host enablement-led sessions with the Sales Enablement Manager or run them independently when needed, including Sales Skills Lab, product refreshers, and other enablement training.
    • Own the run-of-show for each session, including scheduling, presenter coordination, materials prep, and follow-up.
    • Facilitate sessions using the content and session design provided by the Sales Enablement Manager.
    • Coordinate with sales managers and reps who present or share deal stories so sessions stay practical, engaging, and on time.
    • Manage session recordings, attendance tracking, and follow-up resources.
    • Gather participant feedback and recommend improvements to session format and engagement

    AI & Process Improvement

    • Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to streamline coordination work, including drafting communications, summarizing sessions, building trackers, and formatting content.
    • Proactively identify bottlenecks in how enablement programs run and bring forward recommended solutions, not just issues.
    • Pilot new approaches to scheduling, tracking, and communication that reduce manual effort and improve the new-hire and seller experience.
    • Document improvements so they become repeatable standard practice.
    • SharePoint Site & Knowledge Management

      • Create and maintain the Sales and Enablement SharePoint site as the central hub for sellers, including site structure, navigation, page design, and access permissions.
      • Maintain and organize enablement content within SharePoint, including onboarding guides, playbooks, training materials, and reference documentation.
      • Update existing materials as directed by the Sales Enablement Manager to reflect product, process, or methodology changes.
      • Maintain document organization, version control, folder structure, and content accessibility.
      • Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated materials and recommend updates.
      • Format and publish finalized enablement content for internal distribution.
      • Maintain documentation of enablement communications and rollout history.
      • Operational Excellence

      • Maintain accurate onboarding and enablement records
      • Monitor operational processes for quality, consistency, and timeliness.
      • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Customer Experience, HR, Recruiting, and Sales leadership to ensure smooth program execution.
      • Learning Management & System Administration

        • Co-manage learner enrollments, course assignments, and completion tracking.
        • Generate recurring LMS reports on participation and completion.
        • Support certification logistics, including scheduling and registration.
        • Troubleshoot basic user access issues and coordinate more complex platform issues with Sales Operations.

Education and Experience:

    • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, or a related coordination role.
    • Experience managing multiple projects and operational workstreams simultaneously.
    • Strong SharePoint administration and document management experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
    • Ability to work independently while operating within established processes and priorities.
    • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future for this position.
    • Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
      • Experience with course-authoring or learning platforms such as Articulate Rise or Engagedly.
      • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Momentum, and ZoomInfo.
      • Experience supporting sales organizations within SaaS, cloud, managed services, or technology companies.
      • Who you are
        • You take ownership. When something is yours, you run it from start to finish.
        • You bring ideas, not just updates. You look for a better way and propose it.
        • You work independently and keep people in the loop. No one has to chase you for a status update.
        • You're comfortable at the front of the room, whether that's a live session or a virtual one, and you keep things organized, energetic, and on track.
        • You're collaborative and low-ego, and you build trust quickly with sellers, managers, and cross-functional partners.
        • You're curious about AI and quick to put new tools to work.
