Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer at Ace Movers. The Sales Engineer will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their moving and logistics requirements, design tailored service solutions, and support the sales process with clear technical and operational explanations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotes, conducting virtual consultations and walkthroughs, answering technical and service-related questions, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure service feasibility and accuracy. The role includes providing pre- and post-sale technical support, creating documentation and presentations that explain offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Engineer will also contribute to process improvements, help refine service packages, and represent Ace Movers in a professional, service-oriented manner.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to translate customer requirements into practical service solutions and address operational inquiries.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service to manage the sales cycle, build trust, and deliver a positive, responsive experience to prospective and existing customers.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, moving services, or a related technical or service-oriented field is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and use CRM and collaboration tools effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills; prior experience in a Sales Engineer or technical sales role is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
