Our client is a global leader in electric motors, drives and motion technology. Their systems power the machines behind Europe's biggest industries. They have strong growth ambitions in the Belgium, so they are expanding the sales team. They want a commercially sharp technical talent to grow with them.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of industrial customers across Belgium
• Understand customer applications and technical challenges, then shape the solution that solves them
• Drive conversations forward, from the first technical discussion to the signed order
• Build long-term relationships with engineers, maintenance leads and decision-makers

Who we want to hear from

• A degree in electromechanics, industrial engineering or a similar field
• Affinity with industrial automation, drives, motion or industrial equipment
• An early-to-mid career profile. We especially want to hear from service engineers, field engineers, or inside sales and quotation specialists who are ready to step into external sales.
• Commercial confidence, drive, and a real enjoyment of people and persuasion
• Fluent Dutch and English, and based in Belgium
