Deliver business outcome–focused demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that drive technical decisions. Lead and manage the SE team, driving performance, coaching team members, and ensuring strong technical support for sales and customer engagements. Translate technical capabilities into customer value and clearly communicate business impact. Engage effectively with both leadership executives and technical stakeholders to influence deal direction. Execute RFPs, address technical objections, and ensure solution of confidence throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to close opportunities and align technical messaging. 5+ years of experience as a Senior Sales Engineer/Team Lead preferably in a vendor environment. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills with technical and executive audiences. Experience coordinating technical resources for PoCs, demos, and complex evaluations. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in driving technical wins. Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
