Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our Work From Home team in Dubai, UAE.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, presenting our products, answering customer queries, following up with interested prospects, and converting qualified prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online meetings.
• Present and explain our products clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and build strong customer relationships.
• Generate sales opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work toward monthly sales and performance targets.
• Participate in online training sessions and team meetings.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Compensation

• Performance-based monthly compensation of approximately AED 1,750 upon achieving the required monthly sales performance.
• AED 875 for every additional successful sale beyond the qualifying monthly sale.
• No fixed salary; earnings are performance-based and directly linked to sales results.
• Opportunity to increase monthly earnings through additional sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to consistently follow up with prospects and manage customer relationships.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, video conferencing, and social media platforms.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or inside sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Candidates based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.
