We’re hiring a Sales Executive who knows how to find opportunities, reach decision-makers, and close deals — from anywhere in Nigeria.
This role is not for someone who simply wants a sales job.
It’s for someone who can prospect, handle rejection, follow up without being chased, and consistently turn conversations into paying customers.
What is TRIX QR?
TRIX QR is a digital menu platform built for restaurants, hotels, bars, and lounges.
Customers scan a QR code at their table and instantly access the business’s menu — including photos, descriptions, and current prices. No app download required.
Restaurants can update their menus, prices, photos, and item availability themselves from their phones.
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for:
→ Finding and prospecting restaurants, hotels, bars, and lounges
→ Reaching the right decision-makers
→ Pitching and demonstrating TRIX QR
→ Handling objections and closing deals
→ Following up consistently with prospects
→ Managing your sales pipeline in a CRM
→ Supporting customer onboarding and activation
This is a fully remote, full-time position. You can work from anywhere in Nigeria.
What you get
→ ₦100,000 monthly retainer
→ 20% commission on every successfully closed and paid deal — uncapped

What I expect
→ Minimum 10 outbound contacts per working day
→ You must be comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, email, DMs, or whatever channel gets results
→ You should be able to work independently without constant supervision
→ You should be comfortable hearing “no” and continuing to follow up
→ You must keep your sales activity and pipeline properly tracked
How we’re hiring

There’s a scenario-based screening assessment designed to test how you actually think and operate in a sales role.
It takes approximately 45 minutes — and yes, it’s intentionally challenging.
