Sales Executive

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients interested in Dubai real estate, conduct virtual consultations, and present suitable property options based on client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing and nurturing leads, Viewings, following up through calls, emails, and online meetings, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline in CRM tools.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and partners to support clients through property selection, documentation, and financial planning steps.

The Sales Executive will be expected to achieve sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and represent Beach & Sand professionally in all client interactions.
