Work closely with operational, commercial and finance teams to ensure billing information is accurate and up to date.
Support month-end activities and reporting requirements, helping the team meet key financial deadlines.
Contribute to process improvements and embrace new technologies, automation tools and AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency.
What you'll get:
The opportunity to play a key role within a busy and supportive finance team.
Exposure to a varied, high-volume sales ledger environment within a growing business.
The chance to contribute to process improvements and new technology initiatives.
A hybrid working model with flexibility and trust.
Support, training and development from experienced finance professionals.
The opportunity to make a visible impact on business performance and customer experience.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a Sales Ledger, Accounts Assistant or similar transactional finance role.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of financial data.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
