Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at Vista Land International Premier. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of property specialists, set sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting virtual presentations and consultations with prospective clients, and guiding them through the property selection and purchase process. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up. The Sales Manager is expected to mentor team members, support their professional development, and uphold ethical and compliant sales practices.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in managing or leading a sales team.
• Experience in real estate or property development, ideally in residential or investment projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct client meetings and webinars remotely.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and use data to drive decisions.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, tracking activities, and reporting.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in international or cross-border sales is an advantage.
