Position OverviewVanderwall Immigration is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, performance, and execution of our sales organization.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team's strategy, priorities, and objectives are translated into consistent daily execution and measurable results.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a strong combination of people management, sales performance management, coaching, accountability, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who can take established sales objectives and turn them into clear priorities, effective team execution, and strong performance. They will work closely with the Sales Director and leadership team to ensure that the sales organization's vision and strategic priorities are effectively implemented across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Team Leadership & Management- Lead and oversee the daily operations of a sales team of 10+ professionals.
- Create a high-accountability, high-performance team environment.
- Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs and revenue targets.
- Conduct daily huddles, team meetings, and performance check-ins.
- Maintain strong communication, engagement, and accountability across the sales organization.
- Identify high performers and support their continued growth.
- Address underperformance quickly through coaching, accountability, and performance management.
2. Strategy Execution & Operational Excellence- Translate sales strategies, priorities, and objectives into clear operational plans.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are consistently implemented across the sales team.
- Turn organizational goals into actionable daily and weekly activities.
- Ensure the team understands not only what needs to be achieved, but how it should be executed.
- Monitor execution and identify gaps between expectations and actual performance.
- Identify operational obstacles and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Maintain consistency in the application of sales processes, standards, and procedures.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure the team's execution remains aligned with the organization's broader vision.
3. Sales Performance & Revenue Management- Own the day-to-day management of sales performance.
- Monitor revenue, conversion rates, sales activity, pipeline, consultations, case openings, and other relevant KPIs.
- Translate monthly, quarterly targets and strategy into actionable team goals.
- Execute initiatives designed to improve conversion, productivity, and revenue.
- Ensure representatives consistently follow established sales processes.
- Support the sales director in corrective action when performance falls below expectations.
- Maintain a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Coaching & Team Development- Provide consistent individual and team coaching.
- Review calls, sales interactions, and CRM activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct roleplays and targeted coaching sessions.
- Coach representatives on discovery, objection handling, value presentation, closing, follow-up, and overall sales execution.
- Develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Recognize and reinforce successful behaviors.
- Help new team members transition effectively from training into production.
- Report to Sales Director on a regular basis;
5. Daily Sales Operations- Ensure the sales team is properly staffed and operational throughout the day.
- Monitor team availability, workload, lead distribution, and sales activity.
- Ensure leads and opportunities are handled within established response-time expectations.
- Monitor adherence to sales processes and operational procedures.
- Ensure accurate and consistent CRM usage.
- Identify workflow, technology, staffing, or process issues that impact sales performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and performance-focused sales environment.
6. Reporting & Performance Management- Maintain clear visibility into daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare and communicate sales performance reports.
- Track individual and team KPIs.
- Identify performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communicate significant performance issues, opportunities, and operational challenges to leadership.
- Provide accurate frontline feedback regarding the execution and effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Participate in forecasting, planning, and performance reviews.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or sales management.
- Proven experience managing a team of 10+ sales professionals.
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management.
- Proven experience coaching and developing sales representatives.
- Strong CRM experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Successful Remote Work Experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership.

Experience managing remote or distributed sales teams is highly desirable.
Schedule & LocationSchedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (Will start on Monday to Friday shift and move to Tuesday to Saturday).
Location: Central America or Latin America
Work Arrangement: Remote
The successful candidate must be able to consistently work Pacific Time business hours.
