Sales Manager

Scale faster. Grow smarter. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team , and to help us grow our client base and build lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities Researching potential leads through Google, LinkedIn, databases, and market search Contacting and engaging cold leads Managing clients through the full sales cycle: pitches, presentations, negotiations, and contract signing Collaborating with legal, finance, product, and business development teams Working with CRM systems to track and manage opportunities Building and maintaining partnerships in key verticals: Home Improvement and Loans Achieving KPIs, including bringing in at least 5 new partners per month Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales Proven track record in cold sales (calls, outreach, LinkedIn) Background in Home Improvement, Finance, Loans (traffic sales preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive, persistent, and resilient — able to handle rejection and keep moving forward What We Offer Remote position Competitive compensation Flexible working hours All necessary equipment Paid vacation and sick leaves Educational support: reimbursement of certification, training, and knowledge-sharing atmosphere Company events and multiple internal activities Open feedback and transparent direct communication SBC is an inclusive employer that celebrates diversity.
