Sales Manager #2685
Position Summary:
Our partner operates global subscription based digital entertainment businesses supported by affiliates, traffic partners, publishers, and other customer acquisition channels. These partnerships are a significant source of revenue, making the ability to understand traffic quality, conversion, acquisition cost, retention, lifetime value, and profitability critical to continued growth.
The Sales Manager will take ownership of an established affiliate program while leading an experienced remote team. This role combines partner management, performance marketing, commercial decision making, and revenue operations. This individual will evaluate partner economics, determine where to invest or reduce spend, negotiate commercial terms, and identify opportunities to improve profitable customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with autonomy and making informed decisions without waiting for executive direction at every step. They understand the business behind the numbers, challenge performance data when something does not make sense, and provide experienced team members with clear priorities, accountability, and coaching. As they establish success, their ownership can expand into additional partnerships and revenue channels.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience managing affiliate, performance marketing, referral, traffic partner, or comparable customer acquisition programs

- Proven ownership of partner negotiations, payout structures, revenue share agreements, commercial terms, and investment decisions
- Strong understanding of CPA, LTV, conversion, retention, churn, contribution margin, and other customer acquisition economics
