Role Description The part-time Sales Manager role is a hybrid position based in Zurich, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales pipeline, identify and qualify leads, and build strong relationships with businesses, investors, and service providers on the platform. Daily tasks include conducting meetings and calls with prospects, presenting Unita’s solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals that support strategic partnerships and platform growth. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, monitoring sales performance metrics, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technology, platforms, or professional services.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, relationship building, and negotiations.
  • Ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions in a clear, consultative manner.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with effective time management and self-organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German or other languages are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in global trade, investment, and scalable partnerships; experience in international markets is a plus.
