Role Description The Sales Manager is a part-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective learners, managing inbound inquiries, and guiding candidates through the enrollment process. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with partners and institutions, organizing and promoting the free monthly sessions, and tracking leads and conversions using CRM or similar tools. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the leadership and marketing teams to refine messaging, develop outreach campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends and learner needs. The role also requires preparing sales reports and forecasts, ensuring a consistently positive, learner-centered experience throughout the admissions journey.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales, lead generation, and pipeline management within education, training, or related sectors.
- Experience in relationship-building, client communication, and stakeholder management, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools, and to interpret basic data and metrics to inform sales strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency relevant to the region is an advantage.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects and tasks in a part-time, hybrid setting.
- Experience in education, design, or creative industries is beneficial, along with an interest in design-focused learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Eligibility to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and availability for occasional on-site meetings and events.
