Sales Manager - New Business

London,

Salary – £60,000–£65,000 basic + bonus (OTE £90,000)

Winning a new client is one thing. Opening doors into an industry, building relationships with senior decision-makers and turning those conversations into long-term commercial partnerships is where the real reward lies. As a UK Sales Manager, you'll have the freedom to create opportunities from scratch, backed by an established digital platform connecting over 600,000 professionals across the industry.

You'll be joining an international business with over 20 years of industry experience, helping manufacturers, distributors and brands reach the audiences that matter through digital advertising, e-commerce, loyalty programmes, content and data-driven marketing solutions.

This is a genuine new business opportunity. You'll take ownership of your pipeline; target manufacturers not currently using the platform and turn prospects into paying customers. You'll have the tools, audience insights and commercial support to make your conversations count, with an achievable OTE of £90,000.

What's in it for you

• £60,000–£65,000 basic salary with a bonus structure offering £90,000 OTE.

• Hybrid working with three days in the London office and two days working from home.

• 25 days' annual leave, private medical insurance and a company pension.

• Access to an established audience of over 600,000 industry professionals and a diverse portfolio of digital solutions.

• The opportunity to develop new business across a substantial UK market, with autonomy over your pipeline and commercial activity.

• A supportive international team, ongoing development and periodic company retreats, previously held in exciting international destinations.

Your responsibilities as UK Sales Manager

• Identify, prospect and secure new business with manufacturers, distributors and brands across the UK.

• Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive telephone outreach, email campaigns, networking and industry exhibitions.

• Engage senior marketing and commercial decision-makers, presenting tailored digital advertising, loyalty, e-commerce and lead generation solutions.

• Use audience insights, campaign performance and market data to develop compelling proposals that demonstrate commercial value.

• Manage the complete business development process, from initial prospecting and presentations through to negotiation and closing agreements.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline performance and use AI tools to improve prospecting, research and commercial efficiency.

What we're looking for in a UK Sales Manager

• A proven track record of generating new business, consistently achieving revenue targets and winning accounts through self-generated prospecting.

• Experience selling digital campaigns, loyalty programmes, e-commerce, content partnerships or data-driven services.

• Demonstrable experience selling consultatively to senior marketing and commercial decision-makers, including directors and CEOs.

• Strong understanding of pipeline management, CRM systems, commercial negotiations and data-led proposals.

• Experience using AI tools within the business development process, with the ability to attend customer meetings and industry events across the UK.

This position is particularly suited to someone whose success has come from opening new accounts rather than managing an established portfolio of repeat customers.

Working hours – Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working with three days in the London office and two days from home, alongside occasional UK travel for customer meetings and industry events.

If you've built your career around winning new business and want a role where your results directly influence commercial growth, this UK Sales Manager opportunity offers the platform, autonomy and earning potential to make your next move worthwhile. Apply today to find out more.

This is a hands on Sales role with no staff responsibility.
