Sales Manager Netherlands (Dealer Network), Machinery | Tilburg

Our client is the Benelux distributor of a new, fast-growing brand of excavators and skid-steer loaders. They already have a small dealer network in the Netherlands and want to grow it. To lead that growth, they are looking for a driven new business developer who knows the machines.

The role

• Take over the Dutch market, which the Managing Director currently covers himself.
• Build and run a dealer network in the Netherlands.
• Find, visit and sign new dealers, and support them with training, demos and sales follow-up.
• 4 days on the road in Netherlands, 1 day in the office.

Your profile

• Proven sales experience with excavators or similar machinery. This is a must.
• B2B sales experience, ideally in new business and with dealers or resellers.
• Fluent Dutch, spoken and written.
• A network in the Dutch machinery market is a plus.
• Independent, hands-on and comfortable building something from scratch.
