Sales Manager

About this Position

• Leading accessory team to defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan. Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives.
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitors, adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes.
  
• Seek new sales opportunities and channels, expand the scope of business.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (such as Marketing, plant, etc.) to ensure smooth sales activities.
  
• Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyze sales/ACE/ FCST/ RFC data, and propose suggestions for improvement.
  

What you´ll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure the achievement of the company's sales targets and budgets.
  
• Maintain existing business and manage relationship at assigned accounts.
  
• Demand FC, inventory control, channel management.
  
• ACE management& JF & RFC checking and other paper jobs.
  
• Develop distribution & direct customer & end user’s network.
  
• Utilization of project management tools & teamwork with internal project team.
  
• Management: Manage the sales team daily, including recruitment, training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
  
• Trouble shooting.

• Bachelor and above.
  
• Excellent written English and spoken English.
  
• Strong team player with proven ability in collaborating and communicating with multistakeholder globally & regionally across different levels of the organization.
  
• 8-15 years working year in related industry.
