As a Sales Manager , you’re not just generating and managing group sales – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals Build and maintain client relationships: Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals Lead end-to-end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system : What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
