This role is for a proven sales leader with a track record of dealing with ambiguity and delivering exceptional results in a high-growth environment. You will be instrumental in our growth journey by acquiring medium to large-scale enterprises and ensuring their success. This is a sales role where you are accountable for lead generation, forecast management and deal closing, increasing revenue and new client acquisition. Your Impact & Responsibilities Own the Outcome: Be accountable for achieving ambitious targets in merchant acquisition and net revenue. Lead Management: Work directly with merchants to solve their payment challenges and assist in their growth from lead generation to account management. Forecast Management: Lead your segment pipeline growth as per set targets and forecasting requirements. Build the Relationships: Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to the C-level. Drive the Product: Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape Peach’s products and solutions to meet customer needs. Champion Our Brand: Participate in key industry events to drive positive market awareness and build our presence. Competencies: What You Bring We need a proactive, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in closing enterprise merchants. You should have: 5+ years of sales experience with a strong history of reaching/exceeding targets. The ability to seek out new merchants, cold calling/lead generation, manage pipelines and close deals. The ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders. A passion for helping to scale new technology businesses. The ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms. The ability to work cross-functionally to ensure the merchant gets the best service possible. Ability to keep internal systems up to date as per our SOPs. Experience in payments or e-commerce is highly preferable. A valid driving license in Mauritius is mandatory. Why Join Peach Payments?
