Sales Manager, Romania

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial operations in Romania . This role is key to driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring strong market presence in line with the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the country’s sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities , including distribution, retail, and key account partnerships. Build and lead an effective, collaborative sales team , ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of sales performance. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to support brand positioning and market expansion. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and corporate policies. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Sales management experience , preferably in FMCG, industrial, or B2B sectors. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass sales objectives. Strong understanding of the Romanian market , distribution channels, and customer behaviors. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in Romanian and English ; additional languages are an advantage.
