Sales Manager - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to strengthen our team and lead business growth within one of the world's largest technology and telecommunications companies. This is primarily a hunter role, focused on identifying new business opportunities, opening new stakeholder relationships, and expanding our footprint across multiple business units. You will work closely with delivery, solution architects, and business leaders to position advanced R&D and IT services that help our customer accelerate innovation and digital transformation. If you enjoy building relationships from scratch, navigating complex organizations, and creating high-value business opportunities, this is the role for you. Your responsibilities: Drive new business development within a large strategic technology account. Identify and engage decision-makers across engineering, R&D, digital, and IT organizations. Build and execute account growth strategies together with senior leadership. Develop opportunities from initial contact through proposal and contract negotiations. Position consulting, software engineering, AI, cloud, digital engineering, and managed service offerings. Collaborate with solution teams to create compelling customer value propositions. Build long-term executive relationships while continuously expanding the account. Monitor market trends, customer strategies, and competitive landscape. We are looking for someone who has: Several years of successful B2B sales experience within IT services, engineering services, or technology consulting. Strong hunting mentality and a proven ability to create business where no opportunity previously existed. Experience selling into large enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders. Good understanding of software development, R&D organizations, or digital engineering. Ability to engage both technical and business executives. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
