Tech Lead (Consulting Assignment) – React/TypeScript Apply This is a consultant assignment with an expected duration until approximately March 2027. We are currently looking for a senior Tech Lead on behalf of our client, a growing SaaS product company . You will join a team working on a business-critical platform with a strong focus on scalability, automation, and modern engineering practices. This role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on development. You will be responsible for architectural direction, technical decision-making, and ensuring the long-term quality and evolution of the platform while remaining actively involved in the codebase. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the system architecture Drive technical decisions and ensure high engineering standards Participate in development, code reviews, and technical problem-solving Promote best practices in DevSecOps, security, and CI/CD Support documentation, technical governance, and AI-assisted development initiatives Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Development teams Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript (mandatory) Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or similar senior engineering role Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalable software solutions Experience documenting architectural decisions and technical designs Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development practices Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and an AI-first mindset Ability to influence and lead through technical expertise rather than formal authority Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Assignment Details Start: ASAP Duration: Until approximately March 2027 Location: Stockholm (Hybrid) Allocation: Full-time ☀️ Summer Holiday Notice Due to the summer vacation period, feedback, interviews, and decision-making timelines may be longer than usual.
