Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Remote, Philippines) | $1,800-$2,500 USD/month

We are a small Canadian team running two brands, with no marketing department. We are looking for one person to own sales and marketing end to end.

We especially want to hear from Filipinos who have worked abroad or with international teams and are now based back home.

Always With Us is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand that sells memorial products.

Together, we combine supply chain expertise with DTC brand building and marketing. This position works across both divisions.

THE POSITION

The three things we care about most are strong communication, personality fit, and real problem-solving skills. The ideal Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a positive, optimistic self-starter with ideas of their own: someone who spots opportunities, brings suggestions to the table, and gets things done without needing daily direction.

To be clear about the environment: we are a small, senior leadership team that sets strategy. You will be our hands-on sales and marketing doer. There is no big marketing department around you, so you must be comfortable working independently, making day-to-day decisions yourself (for example, deciding what goes out on social rather than asking for sign-off on every post), and following through from start to finish.

If you prefer detailed daily instructions or constant feedback loops, this role will not be a fit. If you love owning your lane and figuring things out, you will thrive here.

You should be comfortable with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and AI tools. We expect AI to be used as an operational tool to work faster, not as a substitute for your own thinking, writing, or problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Outreach & Lead Nurturing Compile and qualify leads (for example, funeral homes and wholesale buyers), craft messaging, and get outreach out the door quickly. Follow up on inbound wholesale orders and marketplace activity, manage lead pipelines, and support relationship-building efforts that drive revenue.

E-commerce & Listing Optimization Support conversion-focused projects across Amazon (A+ content, listing improvements), Shopify, and Faire. Amazon is our biggest revenue and profit generator, so improving how our products convert is among the highest-value work in this role.

CRM Management & Email Marketing Our CRM (GoHighLevel) is already set up. Your job is to run, fine-tune, and improve it: managing sequences, building and sending emails and newsletters, and keeping contact data and workflows clean.

Social Media Management Own the content calendar for both brands, plan and schedule content, make the day-to-day decisions on what gets posted, engage with online communities, and keep our brands visible through newsletters, blog posts, and social content. LinkedIn is a key B2B channel for us.

Sales & Sales Development Support Provide general support across the sales process: helping build sales presentations and quotes, supporting new client onboarding and project setup, researching prospects, taking early funnel sales calls, and assisting with follow-up and relationship-building activities.

Marketing & Design Support Identify what needs to be created or refined, write clear briefs for our design team, produce on-brand visuals and materials (Canva or similar), help update the website and presentations, and keep the brand consistent across channels.

Operational Coordination & Internal Communication Keep internal operations running smoothly by organizing meetings, tracking tasks and approvals in Trello, maintaining documentation, and supporting team tools and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and verbal English communication. Much of this role is customer-facing and content-facing, so clear, natural communication is non-negotiable
• Strong problem-solving skills. When you hit a wall, you search, read the help docs, click around the platform, and try things before escalating, and you bring solutions rather than just problems
• Highly self-motivated and autonomous, able to manage priorities independently, make decisions, and stay driven without close supervision
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Faire, and similar marketplaces), especially optimizing product listings and using these channels to grow a DTC brand
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar) and email marketing
• Skilled in social media strategy, content creation, and multi-channel marketing, with confidence making content decisions
• Strong creative eye with the ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable design briefs and project manage them from concept to delivery. Hands-on proficiency in Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Comfortable and proficient with LinkedIn for B2B outreach, posting strategy, and community engagement
• Comfortable using project management tools (Trello or similar)
• Uses AI tools productively as an accelerator, not as a replacement for original thinking and quality output
• Quick learner who picks up new tools and platforms fast
• Experience in marketing, sales support, operations, project management, or cross-functional coordination
