Sales Operation Associate

Description

As our Sales Operations Associate, you will be supporting our sales team in handling clients from initial inquiries to onboarding and payment tracking. This role is perfect for a highly organised, commercially minded professional who loves keeping processes moving and ensuring a flawless experience for our clients.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, working with clients across Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide them through initial inquiries.
• Support sales team through active follow ups via email, call and message on multiple platforms.
• Coordinate client appointments directly onto our sales team calendars.
• Work efficiently and independently, delivering good results against key performance indicators (productivity), supporting our sales team in driving new businesses.
• Manage vendor onboarding and invoicing documentations for all client bookings.
• Monitor payment timelines and ensure timely payments for all client bookings.
• Maintain accurate prospect and client records within all relevant systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales development, customer success or account coordination role for B2B media companies, marketing or advertising agencies.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required for this role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, where you love being on the phone and writing emails. You know how to be highly persistent without being rude.
• Strong organisational skills, of which you can jump from a sales follow up to a billing follow up without losing track of details.
• Great desire to learn, and have strong interest in the fintech industry and digital marketing
• Proactive, self-driven, result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and marketing.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool like HubSpot or similar.
• Proficiency with word and spreadsheet software.
• Must be willing to work with the GMT+8 timezone.
