The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving sales performance and operational excellence across Henry Schein One. This position partners closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, improve business processes, support forecasting and pipeline management, and lead strategic initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. The role is responsible for sales reporting, performance analysis, operational improvement projects, and executive-level business reviews. The analyst will support key initiatives such as pipeline analysis, bookings and revenue tracking, territory and quota management, and reporting automation, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions that support the achievement of company objectives.
This position is Remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed

What you will do:
- Develop, maintain, and deliver reports and dashboards that provide insights into pipeline, bookings, revenue, and sales performance metrics
- Support forecasting processes by analyzing historical trends, pipeline health, and key business drivers
- Partner with sales leadership, driving business insights, improving sales performance, and supporting revenue growth
- Responsible for forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, executive reporting, and sales effectiveness analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in sales data, territory assignments, and quota attainment
- Assist in the design and administration of sales compensation plans and ensure alignment with revenue goals and sales strategies
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyze lead generation performance, funnel conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and improve operational workflows
- Support data integrity initiatives across Salesforce, Domo, and other business systems to ensure reliable reporting and analytics
- Prepare presentations and deliver insights to sales leadership and senior management on revenue operations performance and key trends
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Typically, 3 to 5 years of experience in terms of any applicable professional experience
- Typically, bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics or global equivalent in related discipline
- Proven experience working with sales leadership on improving sales performance, and supporting revenue growth
- Demonstrated experience providing Business Intelligence & Data analysis to C-Suite
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, automation), and modern BI tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, pipeline, CAC, GOGS, LTV, conversion funnels, bookings)
- Proven project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative skills
- Great communication, storytelling, and presentation skills — including the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights
- Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and navigate challenging conversations when needed
What will set you apart:

Travel / Physical Demands
- Typically, less than 10%. No special physical demands required
- This position will be working in an office or remote environment, utilizing typical office equipment, with travel required for client meetings, industry conferences, and prospect site visits as needed
The posted base range for this position is $78,000.00 - $98,000.00 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range.
