About TaxDome
At TaxDome, we're building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we've grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients. How we work
You'll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management.We focus on outcomes over activity — prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.
About this role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team and help us build a smarter, increasingly automated sales operating system, one where data, AI, and great process let every SDR, AE, and sales leader operate at a higher level. In this role, you'll take ownership of the operational architecture behind our Sales organization, from the Marketing to Sales Development handoff through pipeline, forecasting, and revenue outcomes, and you'll constantly look for what can be simplified, automated, or improved. It's a fully remote role, we are hiring across Latin America.
What you'll be responsible for
- Own the sales side of our go-to-market motion end-to-end, from Sales Development through Account Executive processes, pipeline, and territory.
- Design and maintain pipeline stage definitions, exit criteria, and forecasting inputs that sales leadership can trust.
- Continuously identify manual, repetitive work across the SDR/AE workflow (research, enrichment, lead prioritization, CRM updates, follow-ups) and simplify or automate it directly
- Diagnose and prioritize initiatives based on data and impact.
- Treat Sales Operations as an experimentation engine: form hypotheses, test changes to routing, qualification, sequencing, or lead scoring, measure the impact, and scale what works.
- Be the go-to expert connecting HubSpot with the rest of our GTM stack, ensuring rep adoption, workflows, and reporting architecture.
What you bring
Must-have
- Treat AI as a core part of how you work, not an add-on. Constantly ask whether a task really needs a human, and use AI tools to solve real operational problems.
- Proven track record in SaaS Ops specifically, in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similarly process-heavy function, at a senior level.
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise at scale, able to own pipelines, workflows, and reporting architecture independently.
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Development and Account Executive processes: lead routing, MQL/SQL criteria, SDR-to-AE handoff, and cadence tooling.
- Experience operating within a sales organization of comparable scale and complexity
- Hands-on use of modern AI tools to solve real operational problems, with demonstrated experience automating repetitive workflows or identifying what should be automated.
- Strong analytical ability and systems thinking, comfortable diagnosing why a metric moved rather than just reporting that it did.
- Comfortable forming hypotheses, running experiments, measuring results, and iterating.
- Familiarity with the typical SaaS sales tech stack: Clay, Calendly, ZoomInfo, Intercom, and similar tools.
Nice-to-have
- Experience building AI-powered or agentic GTM workflows.
- LEAN or Six Sigma familiarity.
- Past experience in a GTM-facing role (Sales, CS, onboarding, etc.).
- Experience with multi-product and multi-revenue model sales motions (usage + subscription).
- Experience with CPQ, pricing, territory design, or capacity planning.
