Sales Operations Analyst / Business Operations Analyst

Role Description This part-time, remote Sales Operations Analyst / Business Operations Analyst role at Vattio Energía solar focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making for sales and business performance. The analyst reviews and interprets sales data, prepares regular performance reports, and identifies trends and opportunities to optimize revenue and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and improving sales dashboards and CRM data quality, assisting with sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, and collaborating with sales and finance teams on process improvements. The role also supports pricing and margin analysis, develops standard operating procedures, and helps design metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives. The analyst works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow, clear documentation, and informed strategic planning.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, quantitative analysis, and proficiency with spreadsheets or BI tools.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills, such as familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales process optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations, analytics, or a sales support function, preferably in renewable energy or a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment.
• Comfort working with cloud-based tools and remote collaboration platforms; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
