Handling client requests regarding production and supply processes of goods and components, as well as customer order placement (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Analyzing current business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and modeling. Analyzing data and developing recommendations to improve the efficiency and productivity of commercial organizations. Ensuring data accuracy. Performing data quality checks to meet standards. Collaborating closely with commercial units and other departments to understand product specifications, system requirements, and business needs. Coordinating with other departments to implement changes. English: fluent spoken and written. French: fluent spoken and written. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Previous experience with or knowledge of D365 (ERP) is a plus. Team player. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams. Focused and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data quality. Ability to organize time and work efficiently, prioritize tasks. Results-oriented.
